Return Policy

At MidTown Watch, we stand behind the quality of every timepiece we sell and do our best to make you happy with your purchase. However, we understand that having a luxury watch on the wrist is not the same as seeing it online. For this reason, while we hope you will enjoy your newly acquired timepiece, the truth is returns sometimes happen. So if you decide to return a luxury watch bought from MidTown Watch, the first thing you should do is contact our company and request the Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Please do not ship any item back to us until you have received this form, as your return will not be accepted.

Used and pre-owned luxury watches purchased online from MidTown Watch can be returned only within 14 days of receipt. This means that if you want to return your watch, you should do it within 14 days, starting from the delivery date. Any packages postmarked after this period will not be accepted, no matter the country of your residence. Besides, if you are returning a watch, you should provide us with the proof of insurance, as well as with all the necessary information for its tracking.

Please note that you will receive a full refund, including the return delivery costs, if the luxury watch you receive does not match its description on our website. In all other cases, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed, and you will get a refund for the purchased item only. However, keep in mind that you will not be refunded if the watch is damaged or altered in any way, as well as if it appears worn. Any item you want to return should be in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered to you. If you have used the watch or wear it for any reason, we will not accept your return!

If the luxury watch you receive comes in our special “MidTown Watch” tape, it should be returned with original packaging intact. In case the tape is broken, meaning you are satisfied with the item received, its further return will not be accepted.

If your package is lost by the courier, contact MidTown Watch immediately to start the investigation process. Keep in mind that it may take some time, as we cannot make any refunds for damaged or lost items until the investigation is concluded and the insurance claim is processed.

IMPORTANT: Whatever the reason for the return, you must take a photo of the watch in its box before to close and seal it, and include it in the package so that we could see that the watch is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

By using MidTown Watch services, you agree that we may refuse any return if you fail to comply with our Return Policy.
